Looking to become a vendor at one or all of our toy shows? If you sell vintage and collectible toys, you may be a good fit for our shows. At this time we only have limited crafter space at the Mullica Hill Toy Show. All other shows are strictly vintage and collectible toys. Vendor FAQ
How much does it cost to be a vendor at your shows?+
This depends on the show and venue. Our current rates are as follows:
- Winter Fever: 8ft Rectangular Tables are $75 each, 3 for $200.
- April Fools: 8ft Rectangular Tables are $70 each, 3 for $190.
- Mullica Hill: 12ftx12ft Pavilion spaces are $100 (you bring your own tables and chairs). Single 6ft Table Center Pavilion spaces are $75 (we provide one table, you can bring an additional 1-2 tables and chairs). 12ftx12ft Lawn spaces are $75 (you bring your own tables and chairs and tent).
- Octoberfest: 8ft Rectangular Tables are $70 each, 3 for $190.
Do spaces come with tables and chairs?+
This depends on the show, but in most cases they do.
- Winter Fever – Tables and chairs are provided. No additional tables can be added to your space.
- April Fools – Tables and chairs are provided. No additional tables can be added to your space.
- Mullica Hill – Only center pavilion spaces come with 1 6ft table each. No chairs are provided. Vendors supply their own tables and chairs otherwise.
- Octoberfest – Tables and chairs are provided. No additional tables can be added to your space.
When is dealer setup?+
Dealer setup begins at 7AM for all shows and runs until the show opens. We expect dealers to be fully set up by the time the show opens and ask that they arrive at least an hour in advance.
- Winter Fever – Early Buyer Hour at 9AM, General Admission at 10AM. Arrive no later than 8AM.
- April Fools – Early Buyer Hour at 9AM, General Admission at 10AM. Arrive no later than 8AM.
- Mullica Hill – General Admission at 10AM. NO EARLY BUYER HOUR. Arrive no later than 9AM.
- Octoberfest – Early Buyer Hour at 9AM, General Admission at 10AM. Arrive no later than 8AM.
What time do shows end? Can I pack up early?+
All of our shows end at 4PM. While exceptions can be made for personal reasons, we ask that you refrain from packing up until 3:30PM. While you may feel you are done making sales for the day before then, we do still have customers entering the premises well into the afternoon who deserve to shop a full room after paying admission. If you see your neighbor packing up, assume that they discussed a personal reason to do so with the promoter.
Can multiple dealers share a single space at your toy shows?+
Absolutely you can. No more than 3 vendors sharing one space.
Who do I contact to set up at your shows?+
You can reach out to us through the website or through Facebook or Instagram. If you choose social media, please direct message us. Sometimes we miss requests in the comments on our posts. A direct message we will always see.
Can crafters set up at the toy shows?+
At this time we only have very limited crafter space available for the Mullica Hill Toy Show. All other shows are strictly vintage and collectible toys.
Will there be food at the show?+
Yes. We try to provide at least one food truck or food vendor to our vendors and customers for the show and try to ensure that they offer a variety of basic options to satisfy the majority of our guests. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks onto the premises as well if you prefer to pack something instead.
What if I need a space easily accessible to bathroom facilities, my vehicle, or the entrance/exit to the facility?+
Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We want all of our dealers to feel safe and comfortable while they are attending our show.
